The Founder

Built on a workshop floor, not a boardroom.

Ali Zenki learned to build the way his father taught him — with hand tools, hardwood, and the rule that a joint either fits or it doesn't. He founded Zenki General Construction in Buffalo, New York, then brought that same discipline west to Michigan, where the company now builds across Canton, Detroit, and the surrounding communities.

What started with a table saw and a single crew in Buffalo has grown into a full-service general contracting company serving Southeast Michigan — but the measure of the work hasn't changed: build it like it has to stand for a hundred years, because it does.
